How to Clear localStorage from Chrome Browser

I recently used localStorage to show different navigations depending on a dropdown value that a user selected. In order to thoroughly test, it was necessary to clear the localStorage from the browser. I was using Chrome. This is how you do it.

While in Chrome and on the website where the localStorage has been stored do the following:

1. Right click on the page and in the tooltip menu select Inspect…
2. In the window that opens, click on the double chevron arrow located to the right of the “Lighthouse” link
3. Select “Application”
4. In the window that opens, right click on the property of where you want to clear the localStorage
5. Click “Clear”
